All-Season Mineral Hydraulic Oil – specially developed for hydraulic systems of stationary and mobile equipment operating at normal and elevated temperatures. Designed to meet the requirements of industrial hydraulic systems subjected to high loads, pressures, temperatures, and speeds.
Product Properties:
Contains anti-wear, antioxidant, anticorrosion, and antifoaming additives;
Excellent anti-wear properties minimize pump component wear, extending service life;
Modern detergent-dispersant additives ensure system cleanliness and protect precision pairs from wear, prolonging equipment life;
High thermo-oxidative and thermal stability reduce deposits and corrosive by-products, enhancing subsystem reliability (valves, hydraulic distributors, etc.) and maintaining excellent filterability;
Strong anticorrosion properties protect metal surfaces from acids and moisture, reducing maintenance and repair costs;
Excellent demulsibility, low pour point, and long service life;
Outstanding resistance to foaming improves pump efficiency;
Compatible with sealing materials and coatings suitable for mineral oils, preventing leakage and lowering operating costs.
Recommended for use as a power fluid in:
Stationary equipment: presses, lifts, molding machines, robots, machine tools, forming machines, etc.;
Mobile equipment: construction, road, mining, forestry, municipal, and special machinery;
Hydraulic systems with vane, gear, impeller, or axial-piston pumps meeting the specifications of DENISON, EATON VICKERS, GEROTOR, GRESEN, HPM, CESSNA, HYDRECO, WORTHINGTON, and others;
Applications requiring oils compliant with DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP) or ISO 11158 (HM).
