Alpine RSL 5W-40 C3 is an HC-synthetic, high-performance, low-viscosity engine oil for gasoline and diesel engines in passenger cars, with low sulfur, ash, and phosphorus content (low SAP). Base oils from the latest HC-synthesis technology and a completely new high-performance additive with reduced sulfate ash guarantee excellent wear protection and maximum engine cleanliness. Excellent cold-start behavior ensures optimum lubrication reliability during the cold-running phase. Extreme loads and high temperatures are safely managed. Alpine RSL 5W-40 C3 can be used under all operating conditions and contributes to environmental protection by reducing pollutant emissions.
Application notes:
Alpine RSL 5W-40 C3 has been specially developed for diesel engines with particulate filters (DPFs) and is also fully compatible with catalytic converters of petrol engines (CATs). Alpine RSL 5W-40 C3 extends the service life of exhaust gas purification systems and maintains their functionality.
