Alpine Special R 5W-30 is an HC-synthetic, high-performance, low-viscosity engine oil with low sulfur, ash, and phosphorus content (low SAP). Base oils from the latest HC-synthesis technology and a corresponding high-performance additive with reduced sulfate ash guarantee excellent wear protection and maximum engine cleanliness. Excellent cold-start behavior ensures optimum lubrication reliability during the cold-running phase. Extreme loads and high temperatures are safely managed. Alpine Special R 5W-30 can be used under all operating conditions and contributes to environmental protection by reducing pollutant emissions.
Application notes:
Alpine Special R 5W-30 was developed especially for Renault diesel engines with particulate filters (DPFs), except for the 2.2 dCi / G9T engine. ALPINE Special R 5W-30 optimizes the service life of exhaust gas purification systems and maintains their functionality.
