MANNOL Graphite Grease Ester is an anti-scuffing grease based on highly refined mineral oils with a calcium soap thickener, synthetic esters, and special lubricating graphite.
The base oil has a viscosity of 90–110 mm²/s at 40 °C.
Designed for lubrication of car springs, fifth-wheel couplings, open gears, worm gears, bolt threads exposed to corrosion, chains, and other highly loaded friction units operating in the temperature range from –20 °C to +60 °C.
Can also be used as a general assembly grease.
Resistant to cold water.
Not suitable for lubrication of automotive components except springs.
Should not be used in rolling bearings and other precision mechanisms.
Properties:
The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases anti-wear, anti-scuffing, and anti-friction properties;
Maintains operational properties from –20 °C to +60 °C;
Has excellent water resistance;
Reliably protects against corrosion in contaminated environments during prolonged operation;
Thanks to the addition of graphite, provides high load-bearing capacity and resistance to impact loads;
The grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage.
Shelf life: 5 years from the date of production.
Application:
Lubrication of leaf springs and balance levers of vehicles;
As an assembly lubricant for bolt and sealing joints, fasteners, etc.;
For warehouse equipment, lubrication of telescopic boom guides or chain drive components;
For agricultural machinery – lubrication of hinges, drives, screw mechanisms, and open joints;
Not suitable for use in rolling bearings of motor vehicles.
