Description:
MANNOL STP Grease Ester is a multi-purpose grease formulated from highly refined mineral oils with a calcium soap thickener, synthetic esters, and special anti-oxidant and anti-corrosive additives.
The base oil has a viscosity of 90–110 mm²/s at 40 °C.
Purpose:
Designed for temporary lubrication of automotive chassis parts, pins, joints, and guides in the working temperature range from –20 °C to +60 °C.
The soft consistency ensures easy application using lubricating equipment, including pneumatic grease guns.
Resistant to cold water.
⚠️ Not suitable for rolling bearings or water jet pumps.
Properties:
Synthetic esters significantly enhance anti-wear, anti-scuffing, and anti-friction properties;
Maintains operational properties from –20 °C to +60 °C;
Excellent water resistance;
Provides long-term corrosion protection even in contaminated environments;
Improved pumpability, allowing easy use with grease guns;
Consistency remains stable during long storage.
Shelf life: 5 years from date of manufacture.
Application:
Suitable for various sliding assemblies (kingpins, pins, sliding guides);
Can be used as a preservation grease;
Not approved for rolling bearings or water jet pumps.
