It is an industrial-type mineral reduction gear oil designed for use in the gear transmissions of modern imported and domestic equipment. This oil is suitable for equipment that requires the use of high-quality lubricants with antiwear and anti-scuffing (EP – Extreme Pressure) properties.
Product Features:
It has excellent antiwear and anti-scuffing properties due to the use of a modern antiwear and antifriction additive package. This reduces the likelihood of surface scratching, pitting, fretting corrosion, and sulfur corrosion, while also decreasing power consumption and shortening the break-in period.
It has excellent antioxidation, antifoaming, and demulsifying properties. This increases oil change intervals, extends the service life of the equipment, and remains effective even in the event of water contamination. It also reduces maintenance and repair costs.
It effectively prevents all types of corrosion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and is fully compatible with all types of seals and gaskets.
Due to its good low-temperature properties, it maintains its operational capability even at low ambient temperatures (down to –28°C).
Owing to its universality, it allows standardization of the range of reduction gear oils used in the enterprise.
It improves the surface condition even when damaged, providing a micro-smoothing effect.
The oil is recommended for use in industrial enclosed gear reducers lubricated by circulation or oil mist, especially in conditions involving heavy loads, high temperatures, vibrations, high speeds, and sliding friction. It can also be used for lubricating various mechanisms and components operating under heavy loads — including all types of gear systems (worm and screw gears included), clutches, and all types of bearings (roller, friction, etc.).
It is suitable for applications requiring performance levels corresponding to DIN 51517 Part 3 CLP and a viscosity grade of ISO VG 220.
