Innovative All-Weather Mineral-Synthetic Engine Oil (Esters + HC-Synthese)

Innovative all-weather mineral-synthetic (Esters + HC-Synthese) motor oil for modern heavy-duty and high-speed diesel engines with and without turbocharging, operating under severe conditions.
The oil meets the GLOBAL DHD-1 global specification, which integrates the requirements of European, American, and Japanese manufacturers for heavy-duty diesel engines produced since 1998, operating under the most demanding conditions with extended oil change intervals, compliant with modern emission standards and installed on vehicles over 3.9 tons.

Product Properties

• Ester components combined with a top-quality mineral-synthetic base that meets GLOBAL DHD-1 requirements and provides optimal viscosity over a wide temperature range. Offers excellent anti-friction, anti-wear, and load-bearing properties, significantly extending engine life in all — even the most extreme — operating conditions while ensuring fuel economy;

• Ester components and natural antioxidants deliver enhanced thermal-oxidative stability, while excellent detergent-dispersant properties (TBN >10) and low ash content effectively minimize carbon, varnish, and scale formation, keeping engine parts clean throughout the service interval;

• The unique ester-based formulation resists aging and oxidation; its low volatility minimizes oil consumption and scaling losses, making it suitable for extended drain intervals (up to 45,000 km) and conventional engines;

• Thanks to the ester base, the oil maintains excellent low-temperature performance, including easy pumpability and startability down to –30 °C, ensuring smooth “cold start” and reduced startup wear;

• Provides reliable protection of all engine parts against corrosion;

• Suitable for operation with fuels containing higher sulfur levels.

Application

Recommended for all types of heavy-duty diesel engines (long-haul trucks, buses, etc.), off-road machinery (construction, mining, agriculture), and special equipment from European, American, and Asian manufacturers meeting Euro I, II, III, IV requirements where API CI-4 Plus or lower performance level is required.
Also suitable for gasoline engines requiring API SL or lower performance.
