All-Weather Fully Synthetic Engine Oil for Heavy-Duty Diesel Engines

All-weather modern synthetic motor oil for heavy-duty and high-speed diesel engines with and without turbochargers, designed for operation under severe conditions.
The oil has successfully passed extensive road and laboratory tests at Mercedes-Benz, MAN, and MTU research centers and has received their official approvals.

Product Properties

• A fully synthetic base oil of the highest quality with optimal viscosity across a wide temperature range provides exceptional anti-friction, anti-wear, and anti-scuffing protection, significantly extending engine life even in the most extreme operating conditions and ensuring notable fuel savings;

• The stable synthetic base combined with natural antioxidants ensures increased thermal-oxidative stability, while excellent detergent-dispersant properties (TBN > 12.5) and low ash content minimize carbon, varnish, and sludge formation, keeping all engine components—especially the cylinder-piston group—exceptionally clean throughout the service life;

• A unique formulation provides excellent aging and oxidation resistance. Thanks to its low volatility and high flash point, it minimizes oil consumption and allows extended oil change intervals of at least 500 operating hours;

• The synthetic base ensures excellent low-temperature performance, including easy pumpability and crankability at temperatures down to –30 °C, ensuring quick “cold starts” and reduced wear at startup;

• Fully compatible with EGR and SCR emission control systems, but not suitable for engines equipped with DPF (diesel particulate filters);

• Provides effective protection against all types of corrosion;

• Exhibits low foaming and high shear stability, maintaining viscosity under soot dispersion and heavy loads;

• Suitable for use with fuels containing higher sulfur content.

Application

Designed for all types of heavy-duty diesel engines (long-haul trucks, buses, etc.), off-road equipment (construction, mining, agriculture), and special-purpose machinery from European, American, and Asian manufacturers meeting Euro I, II, III, IV, V requirements, where an API CI-4 or lower performance level is specified.
Also suitable for gasoline engines requiring API SL or lower performance level oils.
