Innovative all-weather semi-synthetic (Esters + HC-Synthese) motor oil for modern heavy-duty and high-speed diesel engines with and without turbocharging, operated under severe conditions.
The oil complies with the GLOBAL DHD-1 specification, which incorporates the requirements of European, American, and Japanese manufacturers for heavy-duty diesel engines produced since 1998 and designed to operate in the most demanding conditions with extended oil change intervals, while meeting current emission standards for heavy vehicles (over 3.9 tons).
Ester components combined with a top-quality semi-synthetic base that meets GLOBAL DHD-1 requirements and provides optimal viscosity across a wide temperature range, ensuring excellent anti-friction, anti-wear, and anti-scuffing performance. Significantly extends engine life under all, even extreme, operating conditions and contributes to notable fuel economy;
Ester components with natural antioxidants ensure increased thermal-oxidative stability, while excellent detergent-dispersant properties (TBN >10) and low ash content effectively reduce scale and varnish formation, prevent deposits of all kinds, and keep engine parts exceptionally clean throughout the service interval;
A unique ester-based formulation provides high oxidation and aging resistance, while its low volatility and high flash point reduce oil consumption and evaporation losses, allowing for extended drain intervals and reliable operation in conventional engines;
The ester base ensures excellent low-temperature performance, including easy pumpability and cranking at low temperatures down to –30 °C, enabling smooth cold starts and minimizing wear during startup;
Compatible with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems and effectively reduces soot formation;
Provides reliable protection of all engine parts from corrosion;
Demonstrates low foam formation and high shear stability, maintaining viscosity even under heavy soot dispersion loads;
Suitable for operation with fuels containing higher sulfur levels.
Designed for all types of heavy-duty diesel engines (long-haul trucks, buses, etc.), off-road machinery (construction, mining, agricultural), and special equipment from European, American, and Asian manufacturers meeting Euro I, II, III, IV requirements, where a CI-4 Plus or lower performance level is specified.
