MANNOL Anticor
A high-quality anti-corrosion and anti-gravel coating in liquid form based on synthetic resins and rubbers. Designed for treating external and internal surfaces of a car body — underbody, wheel arches, fenders, aprons, lower sills, etc. Suitable for processing inner surfaces of hoods, doors, and body reinforcements.
In professional body repair, it is used to protect welds, internal surfaces of new panels, and body components (fenders, doors, aprons, hoods, trunks, etc.) before installation.
Reliably protects the car body against road salt, de-icing agents, atmospheric effects, corrosion, and damage caused by gravel or stones;
Exhibits passivation properties, significantly slowing ongoing corrosion;
Forms a strong, elastic, self-leveling film resistant to moisture, salts, acids, and alkalis. The coating is durable, non-chipping, and abrasion-resistant;
Effectively penetrates crevices, displaces water, and forms a waterproof layer;
Provides excellent adhesion even to smooth, non-porous surfaces and retains adhesion under high temperatures;
Neutral toward metals, plastics, rubbers, and paint coatings;
Remains flexible at extremely low temperatures without cracking;
Possesses soundproofing and anti-vibration properties, reducing road noise and body vibrations, enhancing driving comfort;
Dries quickly — full properties develop after complete drying.
Clean the surface thoroughly from rust, dirt, oil, and grease. For degreasing, use MANNOL Brake Cleaner 9691.
Shake the container well before use. Apply using a spray gun at 2–8 bar pressure, maintaining a distance of 20–30 cm from the surface.
Apply up to 1.5 mm layer; repeat the process once or twice after a short drying period (1–2 minutes) to increase coating thickness and protection.
Do not paint over the coating.
Vehicle can be operated again after about 2 hours; full drying occurs within 12–24 hours, depending on layer thickness and temperature.
