Intake Valve Cleaner – a highly effective product for cleaning the intake system of gasoline engines up to the intake valves, including the most inaccessible areas, without disassembly.
In most cases, a single application is sufficient to restore the system to perfect working condition.
During operation, the idle air control valve (IAC) becomes coated with deposits that disrupt airflow and gas circulation. This leads to loss of power and acceleration, unstable idling, and increased fuel consumption.
Symptoms of a clogged idle valve:
Difficult engine start-up;
Unstable idle speed (fluctuating tachometer readings);
Slow RPM drop when pressing the clutch while driving;
Black smoke from the exhaust pipe.
Properties:
Quickly, effectively, and gently removes dirt, soot, carbon, resin, and oil deposits, even stubborn and old ones;
Provides corrosion and oxidation protection for the intake system, prevents new deposits, and maintains the functionality and mobility of moving parts — prolonging service life and reducing maintenance costs;
Facilitates cold starts, restores stable idle speed, and reduces fuel consumption;
Contains acetone – aggressive to painted and plastic surfaces (avoid contact);
Safe for catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and turbochargers.
Application:
Shake the aerosol can thoroughly before use.
Spray the product behind the air flow meter (do not spray directly on it) for at least 30 seconds (depending on contamination level) while the engine is idling at no less than 2000 rpm.
If particularly stubborn deposits remain on the throttle, intake manifold, or intake valves, repeat the procedure.
After application, let the engine run for about 20 seconds at 2000 rpm, allowing any residue to burn off.
