Description:
A professional two-component kit for gentle cleaning and restoring the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without dismantling. Suitable for all diesel engines — naturally aspirated and turbocharged — equipped or not equipped with automatic DPF regeneration systems. Compatible with all types of DPFs. The product is applied using a sprayer with a compressor.
Properties:
9995 DPF Regenerator initiates the regeneration process of the DPF. It promotes complete combustion of accumulated soot, loosens deposits, and acts as a combustion catalyst. Dissolves and removes unburned contaminants from the filter pores;
Especially effective for vehicles used in urban driving cycles and during the cold season;
Restores the full capacity of the DPF. 9996 DPF Flush Fluid rinses out all dissolved residues of the 9995 DPF Regenerator;
Restores engine power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the filter, helping save fuel;
Neutral low-ash formula evaporates completely and leaves no residue;
Extends DPF service life and significantly reduces maintenance costs — regular use can prevent costly filter replacement;
Reduces exhaust gas toxicity.
Stage 1 — DPF Regenerator 9995:
Stop the engine and allow the DPF to cool below 40 °C.
Pour the entire product into a spray container.
Remove one of the DPF sensors (pressure or temperature).
Insert the spray gun and spray the entire contents into the DPF at 4 BAR pressure.
Let it act for 20 minutes.
Reinstall the sensor. Place a container under the exhaust to collect residues.
Start the engine and run at ~3000 rpm for 5 minutes (dirty black liquid may flow out).
Stop the engine and allow the DPF to cool below 40 °C.
Stage 2 — DPF Flush Fluid 9996:
Pour the full content into the spray container.
Remove a sensor again and insert the spray gun into the DPF.
Spray the product at 4 BAR pressure.
Let it act for 1–2 minutes.
Reinstall the sensor.
Start the engine and let it run at 2000–2500 rpm for 5–15 minutes until complete evaporation (foam flakes from the exhaust indicate cleaning).
When foam stops — cleaning is complete.
After cleaning, drive 20–30 minutes at ~3000 rpm (or idle for 20–30 minutes at operating temperature).
For best results, initiate manual regeneration per manufacturer’s instructions.
To maintain DPF cleanliness, regularly use MANNOL 9994 DPF Filter Cleaner between service intervals.
