Innovative Engine Protection Agent – a high-tech engine oil additive based on synthetic compound esters (Group V base oils) and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) microparticles, also known as white graphite.
Designed as an anti-wear and anti-friction additive for engine oils without oil bath clutches (friction clutches). Suitable for all diesel and petrol engines, four-stroke and two-stroke, and for all mineral, semi-synthetic and synthetic oils, including ester-containing oils. Ideal for tuning and high-performance vehicles.
It is a stable suspension of graphite-like micropowder in ether.
Ether molecules magnetically bond to metal surfaces due to their high polarity, forming a dense, durable oil film, while ceramic microparticles smooth micro-irregularities and dissipate heat.
This prevents metal-to-metal contact and component wear, even under extreme conditions.
It also eliminates dry friction during cold starts, especially at sub-zero temperatures.
Boundary layer properties:
Exceptional pressure resistance, enabling engine and transmission operation under heavy loads;
Excellent anti-wear and anti-friction performance – extends engine life, reduces fuel consumption and noise;
Strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation effects.
Oil performance improvement:
Prevents dry friction;
Reduces evaporation and CO₂ emissions, prolonging oil life;
Increases thermal-oxidative stability, extending oil change intervals;
Improves low-temperature start-up performance;
Enhances detergency and dispersion, preventing varnish, resin, and sludge formation.
Compatibility:
Safe for all materials and fine oil filters (particle size ≤ 0.5 µm – passes freely through filters, leaves no deposits);
Fully compatible with catalytic converters, turbochargers, and all fuel injection systems, including common rail.
Application: Shake well before use. Add 250 ml per 5 L of oil.
⚠️ Attention: Not suitable for systems with oil bath (wet) clutches.
