DPF Foam Cleaner is a professional product for cleaning and restoring the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without dismantling them.
Suitable for all types of diesel engines — both naturally aspirated and turbocharged — equipped with DPF systems. Can be used in engines with or without automatic DPF regeneration systems. Suitable for vehicles of all ages.
Properties:
Initiates the regeneration process of the particulate filter; promotes complete burning of accumulated soot by loosening it and acting as a combustion catalyst;
Highly effective for vehicles operating in city traffic or in cold seasons;
Restores the full flow capacity of the particulate filter;
Recovers the engine’s original power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the filter — resulting in fuel savings;
Neutral, low-ash formula — evaporates completely without residue and is removed from the filter;
Extends the service life of the DPF, reduces maintenance costs, and with regular use may eliminate the need for filter replacement;
Reduces the toxicity of exhaust gases.
Application:
Remove one of the DPF sensors (pressure or temperature).
Insert the spray gun into the sensor opening.
Start the engine and let it idle.
Spray the product toward the DPF in 10-second intervals, pausing 3–5 seconds between sprays, until the can is empty.
Stop the engine, reinstall the sensor.
Check cleaning efficiency using a diagnostic tester or through a test drive.
After regeneration, ensure no new error codes appear in the on-board computer. In some cases, errors may need to be cleared manually.
