Description:
MANNOL Winter Diesel 1:2000 is a special anti-gel additive developed using unique technology to lower the pour point (gelation) and maximum filterability temperature of both summer and winter grades of diesel fuel. Suitable for all types of diesel fuel and for all diesel engines (atmospheric and turbocharged) with any fuel systems, with or without diesel particulate filters and catalysts. It does not change the basic properties of the fuel, only enhances its low-temperature performance.
Product Properties:
Prevents crystallization of paraffin contained in diesel fuel at low temperatures;
Reduces the maximum filterability temperature (up to –36 °C) and the solidification point (up to –47 °C) of diesel fuel;
Optimizes and stabilizes fuel system operation at low temperatures, prevents clogging of filters and fuel lines with paraffin crystals;
Increases combustion completeness and burns completely without forming carbon or ash residues;
Facilitates cold engine start in low temperatures;
Contains detergents that keep fuel system components clean;
Protects the fuel system from corrosion;
Neutralizes water condensate in the tank, preventing ice formation and blockages in the fuel system at sub-zero temperatures.
Application:
Shake well before use. Add to diesel fuel or directly into the tank before or immediately after refueling (starting in autumn) at a ratio of 1:2000 (250 ml per 50 L of fuel). Mixes automatically.
⚠️ Attention: The additive may freeze at low temperatures and shows full properties only when mixed with diesel fuel. Do not store below 0 °C. If solidified, warm to room temperature before use. Use only when the additive is in liquid state.
Recommended for regular use.
Shelf life: 5 years from the date of production.
